    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    As the owner is confronting me about filing a complaint, he accuses me of trying to ruin his business and then proceeds to c*** his shotgun.

    ****** purchased a firearm from our website on 05/13/2025 at 11:33am that was a warehouse item.  On the receipt it clearly states that we will contact you when the item is ready for pickup.  On 05/14/2025 ****** came into the store to inquire about the order and thanked him for the order and told him it could possibly be here on 05/16/2025 and that it qualified for special rebate from the manufacturer.  It did not arrive here on 05/16/2025 so we did not call him.  ****** called on 05/18/2025 and we informed him that it would not be here until Tuesday, 05/20/2025 because we are not open on Mondays.  It arrived on 05/20/2025 and we called ****** within an hour of its arrival.  When he arrived to pick up the firearm I asked him if there was something that we did wrong because we received a complaint from the BBB and we would like to rectify the situation.  He stated that if he would have done that why would they tell you about it?

    I did not confront him in a negative manner.  I ask ****** if he filed a complaint and ask him what he thought we did wrong.  I was very polite to him as we were just trying to figure out why he would have complained about the service.  My manager was running ******** background check, so I continued receiving the new firearms that came in the store.  We always clear the firearms that come in the store to make sure they are not loaded.  We have video of everything that corresponds with the transaction as we state.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    The transaction ended with only me and the owners manager (****) present as far as I was aware of and he stated that he was surprised I was cleared.  I didnt ask him why he was surprised because the tension in the room was very high and could be cut with a knife (referring to when **** was running my clearance and the owner was behind me with my back turned against him and hes cocking his shot gun insisting that I dont move and what he is referring to as clearing his gun.  So I took my order that mind you was fully paid for already and just left and didnt respond to his comment.  I assumed that I was being stereotyped because of the color of my skin.
