    We went to the adult egg ****, and it was a complete scam. We all went into it knowing we might only get eggs with candy and that was fine we just wanted to have fun. We did not get a single egg!! Brookdale had the same issues in the past and they knew it would happen again, yet they did nothing to stop it. They said you would be disqualified if you got more then 15 eggs, yet they did not set up any way to enforce that. They claimed there was ****** eggs over 100 acres, I believe it was about 300 would have keys that could unlock a lock for a bottle of liquor. I personally saw people in line with 9 keys and one with 12 keys. The olds on them finding that many keys without cheating are very low. Also, there was 4 TV that could be won, one person won 2 of the TVs. We saw people looking through bags of eggs picking the ones with good prizes right in front of employees. There were people that did not even pay to get in they just walked up because at no point did anyone check wrist bands. People were out in the field before the start time getting eggs. I just want my money back for the fact it was completely unfair. As I said they had these issues in the past and claimed they made changes, but they did not hold anyone accountable.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during our Adult Easter Egg ****. We learned a lot during the event and have come up with several solutions to better serve our guests at next year's ****.  Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.  We would be more than happy to issue a refund if one has not already been given.  Please email our office manager, ******, at ********************************* with the last four digits of the card used to make the reservation and she will be able to take of issuing the refund.
