    I rent the address at **** Huntington from STL Property Mgmt. When St Louis had unprecedented flash flooding, I woke to 3 inches of water in my basement and could hear more pouring in. I submitted my maintence request at 3:57am 07/26 - I was asked to send pictures to "describe" the incident around 8:45-ish, by that time the water had gotten up to appox 6 inches deep- i sent pictures of the hot water heater and furnace also submerged in the water so it was very clear there was a major issue, I heard nothing else all day- 07/27 I realized that due to the flooding my hot water was out, I sent another request around 6am and sent a personal email to the manager ****** about the situation and tech came out around 830am 07/27, I asked if he was there for the flooding? he said that he was NOT that guy he was just there for the water heater I advised him that I needed someone out here for the flooding ASAP he even agreed that someone needed to take care of it - I sent another email to ******, with no response. Around 245 07/27 my original request was canceled and they created a new request stating reached out to technician- I have sent my property manger now 2 more un answered emails - I am at a loss - I just want them to clean and repair the foundation/basement so this does not happen again, I have a child and I cannot have mold growing with the mud and still standing water in my basement

    No response from management company regarding my application. Company claims to be equal housing however denied low income housing assistance. The operator Heather did assist with the viewing of a property. I received a call from Management regarding my application did not get any response regarding approval or denial. Application fee was a waste because the service was horrible and because the company did not assistance in obtaining a rental property.

    ******* I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. I am confused as to why you would say that we did not contact you regarding your application because I spoke with you twice myself regarding your application where you told me that the employment information you submitted on your application was false. Our property manager also called and spoke to you regarding your application and why your application was being denied. When you filled out our application it clearly stated on the application what our requirements were so if you did not meet those requirements I am not sure why you filled out the application. I am sorry that you were denied but we do have our requirements, that we apply to everyone who applies, that we have established to have the best chance that our residents will have the highest level of success when renting from us. We wish you the best.
