    3 months into install of 1 window:First ordered incorrectly 2nd defective 3rd defective *********** now wants to switch back to the regular window, rather than the upgrade I ordered. Basically, saying we will give you money off and give you what you don't want. The quality of the window manufacturer is not good. Service and everything else are also subpar. Neighbor went with Windows Direct... no issues with even more upgrades.

    Window world was has been amazing to work with from the very first call to the office. Very professional and worked to set up an appointment that worked best for us. ***** came out measured the windows and educated us on the difference in windows and showed us what window world could do for us. He left us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Installers showed up and got right to work. Kept work area clean and was very respectful to our home and things. Amazingly fast and professional you could tell they have done this work before. Finished product couldnt have been better, beautiful finish on the inside and out. Can not thank everyone at window world enough.

    Picture window replacement is better than anticipated! Working with Window World proved to be a fulfilling experience, beginning with discussions on replacement options to the completion of the installation. Those that represent ** were professional, courteous and conscientious. I highly recommend this company for Windows!

    We just had 21 double hung, double pane windows installed by Window World on Friday. The two gentlemen who did the installation arrived at 8:00am and worked straight through until all the windows were in they didnt even stop for lunch. They finished about 4:30pm. The windows are beautiful, and we cant believe how much they cut down on the sounds of the neighborhood. That was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the big stickers which were on the windows from the manufacturer, left a lot of adhesive residue on both sides of every window. My husband and I spent the last two days cleaning the windows of the adhesive and the little pieces of the packing debris. The plus side of this was we became very familiar with how the windows functionwhich just had us even more impressed and pleased with our purchase.I will also like to say that the process of taking out the old windows and putting in the new ones was pretty smooth. The lead guy explained hes worked for Window World since 2006, and it showed because these guys knew exactly what they were doing. I had been dreading the whole thing, but it turned out to be not a big deal, even with as cold as it was. I highly recommend Window World of St Louis.

    Second time I called Window World for all my windows to be replaced. First time was 12 windows, This time 11. They do it all in 1 day, clean up messes, very organized and knowledgeable. You do nothing. Only criticism I have is the screens arent metal so cant open windows all the way for my cat. Installation includes a lifetime warranty! The home transformation was Amazing! It looked so much better the neighbor across the street installed a big fountain in her front yard to keep up with me.
