      I purchased a set of led bulbs on 3/23/2025 for my 2025 chevrolet colorado and shortly after recieved a confirmation and tracking # i followed the tracking # until it stated delivered upon checking for the package there was none I contacted via email mail at first and explained i did not recieve the package I put a notice out in our neighborhood if they recieved a package by mistake no response after a lengthy delay in responding to my e mails I rechecked my e mails and found the latest e mail showing the correct billing address but the wrong mailing address this mailing address was my old home that I have not lived in for over 7 years at no time during the ordering process it asked if this is the correct mailing address or i would of corrected this i called and spoke to a ****** and explained the issue that the invoice possibly defaulted to an address from 7 years ago again nothing on the order that stated if is this the correct address for shipping ****** advised me to go to my old address and ask if they recieved any packages with my name so I took the time and drove there the owner stated no packages were recieved at this time I spoke to ***** who basicllly said that I'm out of luck diode Dynamics recieved $223 for led lights that I never recieved and was only given a non heart felt apology as a company all i was asking for was some assistance on receiving this product or I would be happy for a store credit to purchase additional items from them or a full refund

      Our website includes address validation to ensure submitted addresses are deliverable; however, it cannot confirm whether the address entered was the customer's intended destination. In this case, the customer submitted an order with a valid address, and we fulfilled and shipped the order accordingly. As the address was entered by the customer, we cannot assume responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: again on the initial order their was no confirmation of this address to confirm the correct delivery address only the correct billing address and not  working with the customer to resolve this issue only a generic its your problem customer paid $223 and no product to show for it i find this to poor service service on Diode Dynamics part.
