  Very disrespectful. Lady Named ****** Ext 208 was helping. Another male coworker hung up the phone and each time I called back to make my $50 payment I missed I got no answer but was instructed to call back with in 4 hour. When calling back after 1 hour I was told I have to pay $250 now. Just guy got rude about my personal life and my truck breaking down. I called to speak to higher up and they started ignoring my calls. He told me to go find a lawyer !!!! Rude as ever.

  Worst company.. ***************** Money grubbing organization. They must be robots, they talk over you and do not care about the elderly, the coldest people I have spoken to in a while. Stay away from this company at all cost. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

  If I could give a zero I would!1st time I ever spoke to anyone about why they were calling the woman was very loud, constantly cut me off of asking questions what it was regarding, telling me that I knew why they were calling and that I spoke to them prior, that I had received mail about the matter; all FALSE. As I stated that I was repeatedly called a liar.Upon establishing clear "understanding" and wanting to resolve the matter, I set up a payment arrangement to which they said I'd get a letter with all the details and monthly reminds about the automatic payments. Needless to say I have still never received anything, but they surely are taking money out of my account, I try to reach out to them and all calls go to a voicemail and I never get called back.

  ***** tried to state she had the signed paper work for a storage unit. Even though I only made two payments for the owner of the unit and it was not mine. I called the storage place and they verified they have no signed documents and it was a mistake. ******************* up on me because she didnt like me arguing with her that she was not telling the truth that she has the signed paperwork in front of her(aka the paperwork that doesnt exist) this Company should be shut down

  I am paying this debt collector They claimed their client had offered me a settlement after they auctioned my storage unit and it was in a letter on Their firms letterhead They also said the offer expired tomorrow irregardless and they pretended to call the storage company to see if they could extend the settlement and of course said they couldnt so I am paying the full amount over 3 pays by end of February and it is automatically withdrawn from my checking account I was at work and this person called just before a personnel meeting which I had to attend late and I had to walk with my checkbook and phone giving outmy numbers as I walked to the meeting

  If I could leave a zero for the review I would. The lady I spoke with was totally disrespectful to me while I was trying to be very kind about the situation and explain the amount t I was being charged was not correct and she called me a liar and had my nerves so tore upthat I was shaking when I finally ended the conversation. My health is more important than the stress this company puts your under.

  Extra Space told Rosenthal Morgan and Thomas that I owed 1 months of rent. Upon telling Extra Space I'm moving on because they doubled the rent, there was no mention of money owed, requested paperwork by email or text as have always done and left that office thinking all was good. I get a text asking if I moved out, nothing about owing more money and then out of blue this collection agency is trying to recover money. I talked with someone briefly even though I thought this might be a scam as per my phone said ( possible scam ) but was very intimidated by him. I requested any further communication be done by text but haven't heard back through texting system. The gist of the situation is this. I won a storage unit auction, the unit in question here and rented it out just because there was so much stuff. As I started to delve into this unit something struck me as being amiss. There was thousands of dollars worth of stuff in there and when my consciousness finally got the best of me I searched to find out who it belonged to. It took me all of an hour. I got in contact with them, I'm glad I did and made arrangements for them to recover the units contents. I have a text thanking me for not letting them lose EVERYTHING and they couldn't believe it only took me a fraction of time to get ahold of them and Extra Space, not at all. This was all cash transactions, start to finish and from the get-go the lady handling my money wasn't getting anything right, wrong change wrong amounts. I wanted to move on to a smaller unit in case I won another auction but the price online didn't coincide with the price they wanted to charge my card. I declined that attempt and tried later thinking it a fluke. Same thing. Incompetence or. I got tired of their rig a ma roll and paid a whole year somewhere else. The money was there I don't know what they were doing. We had a good relationship with Extra Space now we don't and won't. We are Thrift Shop owners. Incompetence or abounds there.

  After speaking to representative I am unable to contact them. I call at all hours of the day and even evenings to get this matter settled. Disgraceful. Ive called at least 5 times and have left messages with no response.

  Tried to tell me I owed money to storage unit company and I moved out before rent was due and left unit cleaner than when i moved in.I contacted Extra Space Storage and they said I owed nothing and everything was fine on there end or else I would of been in there system and nothing showed so She said this was a SCAM and not to talk to them or give any info because they do not work for Extra Space Storage
