Around mid-February I contracted RLB to remove a large tree from my back yard. I also stated that the tree be removed down to the ground, and they agreed. When they were done, they left a 4-foot stump and *** said he wouldn't remove it as it would ruin his blade and saw. If this was an issue, he should have said this before he started. Now I have a stump that I cannot remove which was the purpose of removing the tree.

We cut a pretty good size tree for him. I told him I didn't want to run my saw through that stump because it was full of mud and it would probably break the saw. I told him if he cleaned out the mud, he can just call me and I will remove the rest. He never did call me and I haven't heard anything since. I did reach out to him once I received the BBB letter. He said he was going to try to remove the mud and then call me back, and I will remove the rest of the stump.
