      Basement sewer backed up on Halloween. Called a different plumber. Came out but they couldnot clear. Said pipe was broken connectingto the city alley pipe. Toldto call the city...difficult!! Called another plumber for a video of the pipe to give to the city. Could see nothing on video due to dirty water and was told it would take at least a week to review the contents and send it to thecity. Heard weather forecast for 6 to 8 inches of RAIN!! *****! I was beginning to panic imagining all that water in my basement. Found another plumber...decidedto take a chance. Called AA Quick and they quoted a very reasonable charge for it now being Saturday. Came out the same day and **** from *************** was very friendly, "quick", and determined. After several tries,he exclaimed "I got it!" I couldn't believeit and kept saying are you sure?? He guaranteed it. Then tried the washer...no backup! Then waited for the rain for two days!! No backup! THANK YOU **** and AA QUICK!!

      I would give 0 stars if I could. The branch in ******* installed my Septic system and did not finish the job, was supposed to bring in fill dirt and despite many requests they just didnt bother. What is worse is when the technician came to check on the system right before my 5 year warranty was up they unplugged the alarm for the aerator and it apparently wasnt working so I had to pay ****** to have it replaced. Shady company to say the least. Youre warned.

      We do not have a record of doing any work under your name. If the customer would give me an address that would help in order to respond to this complaint. THIS IS VERY STRANGE AS WE DO NOT OFFER 5 YEAR WARRANTIES ON SEPTIC SYSTEMS. We are more than happy to address this issue but would need more information from the customer.

      ****** has always been pleasant and efficient in the office and we trust ***** with our plumbing work/repairs. The work is well done, he takes the time to answer my questions, and they are fair with their pricing. Highly recommend!
