***** ******** purchased a 2008 ****** Versa (Gold) on 2/26/2025 for $3650. She was provided a 3 month/3000 mi limited powertrain 50/50 warranty from our dealership. She has not contacted us in regards to any issues with the vehicle since purchase so we were unaware of any issue with said vehicle. If she is having an issue with it and she is still within the guidelines of the 3 month/3000 mi. warranty, she should contact us directly to discuss getting her vehicle in here for diagnosis and potential repairs. If she has put more than 3000 miles on the vehicle since she purchased, her warranty is no longer active. As per her statement, she is within the 3 months, so as long as miles are within guidelines - we would be happy to assist. As said though, we had no way of knowing there was any issues at all because she hasn't contacted us. Thanks

I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox in September 2023 for $8,401. I was unable to drive this vehicle for a month due to not getting the proper tags. In November I was able to get the car on the road but it has been having power issues. I took the car to ******** to see what was wrong with it and 2 codes came back. The dealership is taking not responsibility regarding the issues with the vehicle or the warranty in place.

She was provided with a state temporary tag that is good for 30 days.  There was no reason why she couldn't have driven the vehicle with the temp tag.  ***** was also provided with a 3-month/4500 mile powertrain warranty at no charge to her at the time of sale.  She called us and told us she had a check engine light on.  She had taken it to a big dealership and they told her the code was indicative of the car needed a timing chain.  We welcomed her to  bring the vehicle into us.  She did.  We offered to diagnose the car at no charge.  When she brought it into us, there was no check engine light on.  The owner, ****, drove her vehicle multiple times trying to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle.  We hooked up the OBDII Reader, which checks for codes.  There were no codes.  The car drove perfectly fine.  If there had been an actual issue with the timing chain, it would have been covered under the warranty that she was provided from us for free.  My boss, ****, called the customer and gave her this information.  She got upset, and she said he needed to fix it.  He told her there was nothing to fix.  There was nothing wrong with the vehicle.  There were no codes and no check engine light.  We explained to her we can't fix something that doesn't have an issue.  She can come get her vehicle.  She was rude with us over the phone and told us to just have the finance company repo it off our lot.  We offered to make the call to the finance company  if that's what she truly wanted to come pick up the car from our lot.  The next day she had a tow truck pick up the car and tow it away.  We have not heard from her since then.  We truly feel ***** has buyer's remorse and is just trying to get out of the finance deal.  She signed legally binding finance documents.  Had there been an issue with her vehicle, we would have been willing to fix it.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I took it to ******** and they printed out the codes.  It found that there were sensors on the gas regulator, a high and a low one and both were bad.  I took it to the Chevy dealer in Park Hills.  I haven't had the money to take it over there to get the full diagnostics on it.  The car is sitting in my driveway and it is not being driven.  The reason there were no codes on the car was because they were cleared off after the diagnostic test was run.  I want my car.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *****

We understand that you first said you took it to a dealership and they diagnosed it needing a timing chain - then later stated you just had the codes ran at ********, no diagnosis completed. You said that ******** hooked up their machine and codes were ran and you stated what they were over the phone, however when you brought it here for us to verify these codes and issues you described,  the check engine light was not on. Even if codes are "erased" from ********, if there is an ongoing or persistent issue with vehicle - the codes would still be read and found in the computer history when we ran the OBDII reader on it. There were no codes in history, no codes on computer at all, and no check engine light on the vehicle itself either - and after multiple drives performed by the owner, **** and the mechanics - we found the vehicle to be in perfectly running condition. There was nothing wrong with the car at all so we had you come pick up the vehicle. We cannot throw parts at a car or fix things that have no issues.

I purchased a vehicle from them from the day we bought it we have had trouble. We did have a three month warranty. We called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The transmission is starting to go, the head gasket has been leaking coolant, the fuel pressure sensor isn't working. I paid $11,000 for this car and it is not running now and I'm still making payments.

*** ********* purchased this vehicle on July 29, 2022.  She had actually gotten $500 worth of repairs outside of her warranty, paid for by Quality.  Then a few months later had called us about a new issue with her transmission.  She had actually brought the vehicle in for some smaller issues where we replaced spark plugs, coil pack and a battery that totaled approximately almost $500.00.  She just had to pay a $100 deductible and this was 500 miles outside of warranty.  Basically she went over the 4500 miles within a month and a half of having the vehicle.  Then a couple months after those fixes, she called and complained about her transmission but we let her know she has been out of her warranty for several months and thousands of miles at that point that we told her there is nothing we can do.  The warranty company sends all customers documentation by mail giving them opportunities to extend their warranty which she clearly declined.  We had already put in $500 in parts past her warranty in a good faith effort to keep her happy.  She was irate and very upset.  We told her it didn't work like that and there is nothing else we can do at this point.  We are very sorry for the unfortunate circumstances for her situation.
