My experience at Midwest ********************************************* Institute was disappointing. Staff are licensed audiologists not medical doctors and are not bound by the same medical standards or Hippocratic Oath. I wish I had understood that before committing to treatment. The care I received felt more like a sales process for expensive services and high-interest financing (via their partner Synchrony/CareCredit) than a focus on my health. Even after I voiced concerns, no one from the clinic addressed my ongoing health situation directly. When I shared my opinion online, **** contacted me with a demand to remove it and threatened legal action, but again did not discuss my actual care. Im still unclear why my health was never the focus of their replies. This is my personal experience and opinion. I would encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions in advance about credentials, scope of practice, costs, and financing.

My elderly mother, ******** *******, was referred to this facility by another doctor. She received a call from this company a day before the appointment and left a voicemail stating she would need to bring $350 with her to pay before they would do anything to see her. I have never heard of such a high copay and that isn't a specialist copay price for her insurance. I believe this is just to target the elderly because if they don't have someone to help them they will pay this.
