I invested 35k into this program June/2022 that over promised and under delivered. They promised to multiply revenue in 30 days that didn’t happen. We were promised quarterly intimate masterminds to help not public conferences. We were promised tools such as funnels to help sell our products instead I had to find my own outside resources and paid more money for one. I reached out for support and didn’t get a response several times. I felt like I was deceived into thinking I would make all this money in a short period of time and all this help which wasn’t provided. I was under the impression that we would get a sit down to make a plan to make sure we would make our money back and that hasn’t happened. When the mentorship first started we were on a 30 day fast track to multiply our money but instead things were delayed promises were broke and things were very much unorganized. You all pressure people into getting loans just for the program then don’t help make it back.Contract was breached because several things has not been delivered and it’s been 9 months in. All I asked for was my money back for this fraudulent mentorship and initially it took a long time for a response and after that I was ignored over and over and over. I literally had to beg for a response. It is now March I asked for a refund in January. This shows their integrity they claim they have and don’t. I believe path to prosperity is money hungry all they care about is taking and not giving any help they promise. These weekly calls they have are not informative at all to help us make money it’s more about mentee wins which is not what I need to hear every Wednesday .You all harmed me financially by not living up to your end of the contract for agreed services. Yes I participated even though the things they had us doing in the beginning was not what I signed up for at all. I just want my money back and someone to understand this isn’t right taking this amount of money from people without a REAL ROI.Business Response

Please note that other than the understandings and agreements outlined in Ms. ******’s P2P contract there are no promises made related to the referenced Program. All Program materials and sessions have been delivered thus far. The ability of any participant to multiply revenue in any period of time depends on each participant’s engagement, performance, timing and circumstances.
The referenced Program is a group program and never intended or represented to be primarily one-on-one interactions. P2P mentors strongly encourage participants to leverage the group discussions and interactions. Each mentor participates in the ******** groups, ********* Live chats, weekly group calls and quarterly conferences. Accordingly, all participants have the ability to join in and ask the mentors whatever questions they may have, or share any ideas that they desire. Given that the Program is structured as a group program, all participants benefit from the participation and input of mentors and the other participants.
Path To Prosperity did not represent that any of the courses, masterminds or meetups referenced by Ms. ****** was to be provided in this Program. Rather, these courses and additional events are complementary to, but separate and distinct from the mentorship Program in which Ms. ****** is participating. These additional courses, tracks and events are available to and accessible by participants in other mentorship courses for a fee.
The mentorship Program is still ongoing and Ms. ****** may through continued and focused participation eventually actualize her goals. Specifically, the training and funnels await her involvement and her mentors are keen to work with and assist Ms. ****** through the remainder of the Program.
In accordance with Ms. ******’s agreement and the policies of Path To Prosperity, refunds are not provided.
The Path To Prosperity programs are proprietary and the nature of the contents, the information disseminated, all strategic input, coaching and the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing such programs support this “no refund” policy. Additionally, participation in the Program is limited and Ms. ******’s registration fee secured her spot at her applicable level of involvement.
We strongly encourage Ms. ****** to continue engagement with her mentors and the Program to leverage the contents, training and funnels, as well as the group discussions and interactions with her mentors and other Program participants to extract greater value.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Path to Prosperity broke a contract and all I want is my money back for services that I did not receive or promises that were made and didn’t happen. I was deceived and taken advantage of. I paid 35k for nothing! Path to Prosperity can’t pick and chose who they want to refund when the quality of your services aren’t what I expected so all I ask for is my money back. It’s proof your no refund policy is bogus especially when I came here on BBB website to complain it was already two others complaining and one received a refund. Also like the others mentioned ****** ******** did say he would refund if not satisfied and there was not a timeline for this. Clearly I gave the mentorship time and effort without any results that multiplied my money like they promised. I’m not settling for anything less than a full refund.
Sincerely,
******** ******Business Response

Complainant alleges that Path To Prosperity breached a contract. This allegation is without merit. All services under the agreement between complainant and Path To Prosperity were provided.
Complainant also alleges that promises were made and not fulfilled. There were no promises or binding obligations outside of the written agreement. The complainant’s registration fee is the price for the Program in which complainant enrolled, participated, and availed herself of the mentorship in its entirety, including the proprietary information and time and efforts of the Program’s mentors.
Contrary to complainant’s claim, she has received significantly greater value from the Mentorship Program than the purchase price that she seeks to be refunded. It is understandable and expected that participants will have differing results even given the same efforts. Accordingly, the degree of difference in results among participants in the same Program will be greater with unequal efforts and unique opportunities.
Path to Prosperity’s refund policy is clear, and as stated, is still the company’s current policy regardless of the company’s use of its discretion in limited and specific instances. Path To Prosperity’s decision to settle any one matter does not bind or obligate it to ensure the same resolution in another separate and distinct case involving different facts and circumstances.
In fairness and good faith, we have offered the complainant the opportunity to continue participation in the Mentorship Program to maintain her efforts to achieve her goals. Path To Prosperity remains steadfast in honoring that commitment.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:It’s really sad we can’t come to an agreement. I’m completely dissatisfied with this program I don’t understand why it’s a problem giving my money back. I’m sure you all have made millions deceiving others. I’m not the only person who feels like we paid 35-40k for nothing. We should be able to come to an agreement so I can go on about my life. This whole situation has been extremely stressful, not that you all care because it’s not your life but I rather settle this and be done with it. Why would I want to continue in a program that deceived me during the 5 day challenge that I also paid for that we would make all this money just to join and get a slap in the face because it’s nothing like I thought it would be. It’s several things in the contract you all have not serviced to the mentees so stop saying you have. Please tell me what access we have to any financial team? Or what intimate masterminds have we had besides the public conferences that you all also made money off of? I literally have proof of no support when I reached out. I really hope we can come to an agreement.
Sincerely,
******** ******Initial Complaint

I purchased the path to prosperity course on 6/27/2022 through the Path To Prosperity Academy. ****** ******** stated in a video in *** **** ******* channel, that he offered a 6 month refund if results weren’t seen. I completed the course and tried different options suggested in the course and lost money. I requested a refund on November 27, 2022 via email. My email was ignored until I sent another request, and was then told to send my request to ****************************. I had to send 3 request, requesting a refund before someone responded and said what is your reason. I responded that ****** stated in the ******* video that if you don’t feel confident with the results, a refund would be issued. I received another response asking for more details. There are no additional details. I was dissatisfied. I recently tried to access the course since a refund was not issued and my access is blocked. I sent an email informing that I could not access the course but once again no response. Requesting a full refund.Business Response

The complainant completed the entire course, continued to access the materials and availed herself of all the information and benefits thereof over an extended period of time. In each instance that the complainant requested a link for access, her request was granted. Email communications between Path To Prosperity and the complainant clearly evidence all links provided and each grant of access. Any failure to gain access was not caused by Path To Prosperity or its technology or systems. Rather, the failure was on the part of the complainant’s device(s) and connectivity, which are beyond the control or responsibility of Path To Prosperity.
The complainant further alleges that in a live video, ****** ******** offered a ‘6 months satisfaction guarantee’. The complainant omits to state that in the referenced video, ****** ******** also clearly stated the “he was making the offer for that specific moment.”’ The offer was not extended for any period of time after that live exchange.
In general and in accordance with the complainant’s agreement and the policies of Path To Prosperity, refunds are not provided. None is warranted in this instance.
The Path To Prosperity programs are proprietary and the nature of the contents, the information disseminated, all strategic input, coaching and the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing such programs support this “no refund” policy. Additionally, participation in the Program is limited and complainant’s registration fee secured her spot at her applicable level of involvement.
We strongly encourage the complainant to continue engagement with the provided materials, mentors and the course to leverage the contents and training, as well as the group discussions and interactions with her mentors and other participants to extract greater value. Path To Prosperity is willing to assist the complainant in accessing the requested course materials.Initial Complaint

I purchased mentorship through the “Path to Prosperity” group. I have not been satisfied with the service or quality of the things that were promised throughout this mentorship. I expressed interest in getting mentorship within the ****** space and I signed up for the ****** track. There were maybe two weeks worth of content uploaded to the platform and nothing else. At this point it still remains just two videos and the rest of the tabs within the platform is just dummy text. I’ve reached out several times to have this situation rectified and have not gotten anywhere. The most recent message was sent to ****** ******** on Monday February 6, 2023 via ** ********* about the situation and I’ve also provided screenshots and did not get a response. I’ve sent several Messages to ****** **** and **** ****** since Jan 5 and the situation has not been rectified.
We were promised several things by being part of this mentorship but the majority of those items were never provided. We were told that we would have access to several courses but later on we find out that they are charging extra for them. That was not disclosed to any of us beforehand. We were told that there would be masterminds and meetups but come to find out later down the road, those are an extra cost as well. A pretty heft cost at that, after already spending thousands to be part of this mentorship. This has put me in extreme debt with hopes of being part of this mentorship would change my life for the best but instead it has changed it for the worst. This has had a major effect on my mental and physical health and I just want my money back and to part ways from all of this.Customer Answer

Details of complaint are as follows:
1. Date transactions & monies paid = [June 17 @ $2k]/[Jul 7 @ $3k]/[Sept 6 @ $5k]/[Oct 12 @ $2k]
2. P2P business to provide Mentorship: a) Agreement attached; b) Webpage ******************************************************** and, c) In a "live" video uploaded to the "Private FB group, ****** ******** clearly stated if anyone is desirous of a refund, they could get one. Since he didn't want anyone to feel distressed or unhappy within the Mentorship program. However, he is not honoring this.
3. The nature of the dispute is as follows:
I was sold a lie by ****** ********. He drew me (and many others into this sham mentorship program) under the pretense of assisting me with the process of Infinite Banking; Real Estate Investing (with ***** *****); and Options Trading. Once in the mentorship, the whole program changed. We were "forced" to take part in a 30-day sprint to create a digital product and mentorship program of our own. This was absolutely NOT what I signed up for. In addition, none of the following were provided:
a. NO 90-day fast track to success
b. NO quarterly in-person intimate mastermind
c. NO access to ******** team
d. Adhoc offer & sales training
e. NO digital funnel incl copy, tech integration, & design
f. Missed calls and/or calls chaired by "random" others; or sales NOT mentoring calls
g. NO support for development & growth given
h. NO accountability & feedback given
i. NO Real Estate investing - ***** asking me to help him buy!!
Moreover, this company gave us PLAGIARIZED MATERIAL from the "Prominence Partnership Program" [find attached]. This clearly shows a complete lack of integrity & business ethics.
4. In spite of two emails and phone calls, the business has made NO attempt at all to resolve the problem. They are completely ignoring my refund requests. In fact, I specifically informed the business NOT to take the Oct payment; yet, they did and I had to seek assistance from my bank to get the money back.Business Response

Once in the mentorship, the whole program changed. We were "forced" to take part in a 30-day sprint to create a digital product and mentorship program of our own.
P2P Response: The “21 day sprint” is an integral component of the mentorship program and is designed to train participants to become mentally prepared and stay focused on their goals despite distractions.
This was absolutely NOT what I signed up for. In addition, none of the following were provided:
a. NO 90-day fast track to success
P2P Response: The 90-day fast track to success is an optional program feature that must be specifically selected and paid for separately.
