    I used the drive-through at the McDonald's located at ************************************ to order and pay for a sausage mcmuffin, a sausage biscuit & a small coffee. I was asked if I wanted to 'round up' and replied 'no thank you.' When I got to the payment window, the attendant pressed her finger on a computer screen several times and then commented in a questioning tone, 'you're the one who didn't round up?' I said 'yes,' she said '4.85,' I gave her cash and she gave me change and no receipt. I was offended by the tone of the attendant exhibiting a demeaning judgment that I didn't 'round up.' I picked up my order at the next window, received a small coffee and a bag, which I looked into and saw two wrapped breakfast sandwiches. When I got home and unwrapped the breakfast sandwiches for my wife and me, the sausage biscuit turned out to be an egg with cheese on a biscuit. I think McDonald's should apologize to me for the attendant's comment/question that I didn't 'round up,' I think McDonald's should rescind its policy requesting 'rounding up' as a precondition to purchasing its products (there is a notice at the payment window that you can contribute to McDonald's charity with a slot to insert coins and bills, which should be a sufficient opportunity for a customer to contribute if they want to without being pointedly asked to contribute and then judged & demeaned if they decline). I think McDonald's should hand a receipt to the customer with their change (I was flustered by the 'round up' comment & didn't think to ask for the receipt). And I think McDonald's should refund me the cost of a sausage biscuit for their staff's negligence in failing to give me the food I ordered and paid for. I probably wouldn't be filing this complaint if the conduct involved just the demeaning comment by its employee, but to be treated that way and then negligently giving me the wrong food prompted this complaint and request for accountability.
