    I'd give them 5+ if possible. After several frustrating experiences elsewhere, this was the best property management experience I've ever had. I lived here for close to 3 years and found everyone I dealt with incredibly responsive, kind, and always helpful. The few times I needed something, they had a solution within a few hours. Honestly I can't recommend this place highly enough. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a very well kept community (high quality and consistently some type of improvement being made) with great management - you won't regret it!

    Lived here for almost 8 years. The move out process was terrible. They will not give you any deposit in return and charge you for their buildings deterioration.

    We are sorry you feel you should not have been charged for a door that had been kicked in by your guest. If you had reported deterioration to us the door would have been replaced immediately. The damage we found was a cracked doorframe where the door had clearly been kicked in and hastily repaired at some point.
