            I paid this company $150 for a marijuana card. They set me 3 different appointments. I went to all of my appointments. I went to their office and they told me that they could not get in contact with their doctors. No doctor has shown for all 3 appointments. I work less than 300 feet from their offices. I told them I wanted my money returned after they kept giving me the runaround. I spoke with someone at the headquarters that I will get a refund in 10 days. I waited 10 days and they had not returned it. I finally reached the head lady again and she told me that I would not get my money back. This is not right. It was not my fault the doctors weren't available.

            Horrible, I paid $150 to start then went through the process of seeing a doctor that didn't require medical documentation at all, well the sent me to a doctor that did at first, then sent me to the same one. The doctor was completely unprofessional, and I was told to reschedule and that the lady on the phone that set the appointment doesn't know what she's doing. Just tried to collect my money for the 3rd time, and was also told it needs to be within 24 hours. This whole company is just completely unethical and unorganized. Definitely a scam.
