      I cannot stress enough that I'm having the EXACT same problems with this scam company that everyone else here is having. I have a whole year now to suffer through them again. After that, NEVER again. Where I work, there are only two health care plans offered, and if you don't choose the high dollar plan, you only have the option of adding this FSA and not the much better HSA through ***************.

      ASI Flex is either a scam or just really really bad at doing their job. They randomly want documents and receipts and you give it to them and they reject it. They'll shut my account off, and not tell me why. I'll have to call and then finally someone will tell me why it's shut off. Most of the time, doctors charge multiple things in one swipe of your card but ASI Flex will only accept it if it's the exact amount. I used to use ASI Flex, then I quit because it's such a nightmare. Now I got it back to help with my taxes, and I remember why I stopped using it the first time. It's only May, and I've already spent several hours trying to get paperwork so that they will turn my card back on. It's absolutely deplorable.

      I submitted a dental claim on 3/4/2025 that was processed on 3/8/2025, and still have not received payment as of 3/25/2025. Called and have been told different payment dates over the last 3 weeks. The new payment is now 3/27/2025.

      Absolutely awful. Randomly asks for receipts months later for things that were previously approved. Very outdated website and user experience. Will freeze your card all the time until you're able to chase down itemized receipts. Past *** companies were so much easier to work with. This one is terrible.

      It's a total scam. Don't bother using it. You will be rejected. The store has prices upwards of 300% higher than you would pay retail at your local store, so any savings from taxes go. The worst part is no one will see this until it is too late.

      ASI Flex is the worst flex plan Ive ever been a part of. They want documentation for every single doctors office visit Ive paid for. I worked in ** for 29 years and we had ********* and it was wonderful. I never was questioned about anything or had to provide documentation for anything. Went to SC this year and they offered ASI Flex. Its been a nightmare. It makes the tax credit not worth it.

      ASI Flex rejects many claims. When I do send in documentation, they tell me not to send it unless they ask. Last year and this year 2024, my account has been frozen because they want proof of the dollar amount, a description of what we are seen for and a doctor's ********** Really? I always get what I need for my visits, but my husband forgets. His are the ones I struggle with. When you visit an eye doctor, medical doctor, or have surgery, be sure to get the documents at the visit. Otherwise, you will most likely have to send emails, make phone calls, and when you do not get your documents in a timely manner, they freeze your account. It is the dumbest thing ever. It is my money. I send in the documentation with the name of the patient and the amount. Quit freezing my account!

      Terrible customer service they are rude, slow to process, very difficult to get claims approved. I can't wait till open enrollment so I can cancel it

      I'll start by noting that I never take the time to leave reviews. This company is so bad I made the effort. Horrible, horrible company. I have had FSAs, and yes they need to document things, but why is the process adopted by this company so much more difficult than all the others? Why do they reject, reject, reject from clearly reputable sources such as a audiologist or PT? Why do they accept something then reject the same, from a provider that was previously approved and for the same service? Why is their portal so confusing and user unfriendly? Why are their secure messages buried in jargon and impossible to decipher without a ******* *****? Because every hurdle they put in your way has a dollar sign attached to it. People get frustrated and give up, or get busy(er) and forget, and then eventually lose their money to this awful company. As most other reviews, I would leave a zero if I could

      Absolute pits of a company. I have given my feedback over and over and over to both my company's IT and HR departments, so far to no avail. They stick with this sad sack company for this flexible spending service. This company has not fixed key issues with its technology for over 13 years. Included among them are the following:1. case-sensitive usernames. (WHA??) No one has case-sensitive usernames, except the very inept.2. An image security system that's being used the *opposite* of how they're supposed to be used. The point of asking customers to pick an image among many (like BofA did) is so that they can present that image to you when you log in as assurance that they are the site--and not a phishing site. These dopes just use it as one more hoop for customers to jump through to get logged in. Inane.3. Security questions. Ever since ************************* Yahoo email was hacked by people who researched and successfully found the answers to her security question, the lay person has been aware how plainly ineffective a security measure these questions are. Still, this company persists in using them. And...the answers--were you to use these questions' answers on any other web site are exposed in plain text to the average telephone operator helping you. They don't use the questions to validate you in cases where you don't have a preceding piece of information; they use them for EVERY call. So stupid.4. The Web site is beyond frustrating to use. You get logged in and start wondering where the h*** am I supposed to go next. Make a mistake of using your Back button and you're bound to lose your session. They have no anchor link back to the home page. The entire "hero image" (the banner across the top is utterly useless for navigation, except for their oddly incongruous accessibility widget. Incongruous because it's a slew of help that the rest of the site could thoroughly use, but it's only for accessibility issues. Out of characters. Avoid this company like COVID.
