              My wife and I had a wedding planned for December 12th, 2020. Due to covid and city/college regulation, we ended up having to cancel our reception with a goal of having a delayed reception on 12/31/21. We went on to get married and everything was great. We then reached out to Stephens college multiple times after the wedding to get the ball rolling on the delayed reception. We were ignored for quite some time and eventually figured out that stephens colleg and COMO expereiences stoppped working together, so there was no wedding/reception coordinator. After multiple attempts to get our money back on the room rental that we never got to use for the reception ($1,100), they said "We have a new coordinator that can help you plan your delayed reception". At this point, we had no interest in continuing to work with them and continued to request a refund. Which they denied. All we wanted was to cut ties, rather than be forced to work with an events company that dropped the ball for months.
