    On Monday, July 31, 2023, Maidpro was scheduled to do a post-renovation clean in my house. I was very clear about the amount of dust and what was needed from them. I was assured it would all be taken care of. Because the entirety of the homes flooring was just replaced, there was minimal furniture present in the home, no knick knacks of any kind were out. When I arrived home after work and inspected the cleaning job, it was awful. So many things were missed. I emailed the company a few pictures, like I've attached here, and expressed my displeasure. Someone called Tuesday morning to schedule a reclean, per the company's 24-hr policy. A new worker was scheduled that same day. In the meantime I received the initial invoice where I was overcharged for an hour that the cleaners weren't there. I had to argue about this as I have cameras and proof. Once that was corrected then I agreed to pay after the re-clean was finished. The employee who came for the re-clean only spent 10 minutes in my home and barely addressed the items I complained about, and only those items, not an actual re-clean or inspection of anything else. I included another picture of the top of the fridge after the re-clean. On Wednesday I called the Maid Pro office and spoke with a new employee. He was shocked at the lack of cleaning done, the quick time on the re-clean and asked if I would send the timestamped photos. I was still asked to pay the invoice. I refused another attempt at their service as I thought two chances were enough to make it right and also feared the workers would become resentful and harm my property if called out again. I waited a couple of days after I sent the requested photos and still heard nothing back from the company. When I emailed on Friday to express my continued lack of satisfaction of this situation for which I paid $352 for an uncleaned house, I was told there's nothing else for them to do.
