  My recent encounter with Cottonwoods left me thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. Their service was marked by deceptive policies, unprofessional behavior, and childish tactics. The company's non-industry standard policy of requiring a 10-day notice for cancellations raised concerns from the beginning, indicating their intention to hold onto customers' money while limiting resolution options.When my wife tried to discuss our concerns with their staff, they responded defensively and unprofessionally, deflecting accountability and failing to address the reality of their actions. Their diplomatic responses only served to ***** trust and demonstrated a lack of integrity.The manager's claim that my communication was threatening was baseless, I suggested the possibility of discussing the matter in person because they previously hung up on us.Their attempts to justify their cancellation policy under the guise of protecting customers were nothing more than smoke and mirrors. They offered rebooking as an option but vehemently refused any possibility of cancellation, revealing their true motive of retaining customers' funds.This pattern of behavior, prioritizing the company's interests over customer well-being, is not an isolated incident. Other reviewers have also outlined deceptive policies, unprofessional behavior, and manipulative tactics employed by the company. The company consistently prioritizes financial matters over customer satisfaction, even in sensitive situations like a death in the family.In conclusion, our experience with Cottonwoods RV Resort was marred by deceptive policies, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. Prospective customers should carefully consider the consistent feedback from other reviewers and approach this establishment with caution. It is disheartening that a company entrusted with providing enjoyable experiences would engage in such practices, leaving customers frustrated and undervalued.
