      Performance was paid to come out and fix a heating issue. Our air conditioning was working prior to them arriving. The worker that showed up didn’t even know how to fix the issue so sent 2 more workers the next day and they took furnace apart and unhooked our board and left everything unhooked. Now our air conditioning won’t work and they refuse to come hook our furnace back up after several calls to them

            INITIAL APOINTMENT WAS ON 1-15-2024   :   PER TECHNICIAN - ARRIVED NO HEAT CALL UNIT IN CRAWL SPACE,  UPON INSPECTION FOUND STANDING WATER UNDER UNIT , COCKROACHES CRAWLING ON CONTROL BOARD CONTROL BOARD BAD SHORTED OUT, LEFT CONNECTED INFORMED CUSTOMERS WIFE, AGREED WE SHOULD LEAVE DOOR OFF CABINET TO REMOVE POWER FROM UNIT VIA SAFETY SWITCH.

      CUSTOMER INFORMED OF COST OF REPLACEMENT BOARD AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE EXTERMINATOR OUT BEFORE REPAIRS CAN BE DONE OR WOULD RUIN NEW CONTROL BOARD 

      CUSTOMER AGREED.   END OF CONVERSATION.   HAVE NOT HEARD FROM UNTIL THEY FOUND SYSTEM WOULD NOT WORK IN AC MODE , AND THREATENED US WITH LEGEL ACTION AT THIS TIME WE CANCELLED ANY RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER DUE TO LEGAL STANCE ENTERED.  NO CONTACT UNTIL LETTER FROM BBB
