1 week ago I hired the Wilburs law firm to rep. ****** me on ***** vs. ********* in ********. I was assigned to paralegal ******* and attorney ***** ********. During the initial consultation, I provided them with As much information pertaining to my case as possible. During the consultation I was told that someone would be getting back with me in a couple of days. Approximately 72 hours later I received a call from ******* who informed me that she was forwarding An attorney-client agreement to my email address for me to sign and return to her via email. I asked her if it Meant that the Wilburs law firm was taking my case and she replied yes. I Had previously experienced an ethical behavior with other attorneys who were hired to handle the lawsuit against Taco **** following a traumatic brain.injury. Add approximately 1 PM Eastern ti. Received a call from the paralegal ******* when formed me that the firm would not be able to continue representing me on the ********* matter. ******* was very condescending. She demerited My case and defamed my character by implying that what I was claiming wasn't plausible and that my doctors did not concur with he traumatic back and brain injury that I suffered which is untrue. I was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and bulging discs by 2 neurosurgeons. If you choose to settle for less than an ethical and professional Personal injury attorney in ********, It is your prerogative. It is my opinion that the Wilburs law firm has demonstrated Ineffective assistance of counsel. This Firm picked my case apart in a very condescending manner. I informed them that they were in breach of contract because there was no clear evidence of an attorney-client Ethical principle matters in a number of ways.
