    Paid in full on 3/10/2020. Contractor was to replace sceptic tank and install new low pressure pipe sceptic field. Shortly after work was completed we started seeing standing water in the sceptic field. ***** told us it just needed to try out. Months later when it would still not dry out he said next year he would need to install a curtain drain around the field. He did install that in the summer of 2021 but it did not fix the issue. In July of 2022 he said he had a new engineer and wanted him to look over the original information and get his suggestions but he no longer had the originals and wanted me to send them to him. I sent them and he said they weren't sure what to do. He asked me what he should do to fix the issue. I told him I wasn't sure because I am not the expert but I want it to work the way it is supposed to. Toward the end of 2022 he told me he would come out after things dried out and take a look. He has since stopped taking any of my phone calls and does not return any messages. I paid $14,920 for this work. I have since had it looked at by an inspector and they said this would not pass inspection if I ever want to sell my house. The quote number from ***** is ********

    We have made contact with the homeowner and resolved the issue that occurred due to heavy rains immediately following installation. There is an agreement between our company and the homeowner that the current work completed is satisfactory and deems our company's work complete. Any other issues with the system is in the hands of the engineer who has stated to the homeowner, and this company, that he will resolve those issues (with surfacing of the absorption field). In good faith our company has requested that the homeowner contact us if the engineer's repairs are not satisfactory. We have also stated that our company will be financially responsible to make the system operable, and homeowner is in agreement.

    Elite plumbing has done NOTHING to fix the issue caused by installing the system immediately after rains even though the county inspector told them not to. Elite has instead opted to turn the issue over to their insurance company. Their insurance company has yet to make a decision on this case and has not been responsive to me at all. Elite was the installer and they are responsible for the installation, not the engineer.
