    This company laid a tile floor for me in November and the tiles were not even and one of the tiles popped up within two weeks. I have been trying to get him to come out to repair the floor, he was scheduled to come out and he didn&#**;t show up and has not responded to any text messages.

    I already repaired the floor once then after the repair instead of letting the tile set the new tenants and **** ******* were walking on the tile and looking at it.  Ive tired to set a time and date twice and yes I missed both appointments but had family emergency on the first one and was snowed in on the second appt. And never received any other messages on my end until this email so I will gladly try again I am very busy working out of state right now but would make another attempt to fix/repair said tiles that had popped up and reinstall all the quarter round due to poor installation as we offer a 1 yr warranty on craftsmanship and we value all of our customers and what they say.

    I have had two companies out to look at this tile floor. Both have stated the floor was incorrectly laid by not using backer board and that the tiles will never stay glued down. One refused to touch the job stating theyd never seen such an awful job and totally was laid inappropriately. The other had agreed to try to fix it at my cost, but says it wont last. ***** did t come back to try to fix the problem, he removed broken and cracked tiles that hed laid and tried to correct 4 that were uneven and not laid properly.  I can provide statements from both companies stating this floor needs to completely come out. I want a refund for this floor and want to have a professional company lay the floor properly. ***** no showed me twice, no apology, no attempt to make an excuse, nothing! I do not want this floor repaired or replaced by ***** at Wolfgang Construction. He obviously didnt know how to lay a tile floor. They are uneven and one tile came up with a week of completion.  I want a full refund of $2600 paid to him plus tile, grout , and materials of approximately $400.  I can provide pictures and statements from tile professionals if needed.
