    Baker Pool has employees that are condescending and extremely rude! I called to have a part replaced on my spa and they constantly had issues with getting the repairs completed. From wiring to age of spa to time off work, there was always an excuse. The tech, *******, is a know-it-all that knows nothing! He told me that my spa was wired wrong and after I spent several hundred dollars to fix it, would not come back to verify that it was completed properly. Took several text messages and emails only to get another excuse as to why they couldn't come back. In addition, when I called to just purchase the part I needed, the lady that answered the phone told me that my spa was too old and I shouldn't put any money into it! I will NEVER do business with Baker Pool again!
