            Dear BBB,I recently received a compromised seasoning product from Country Creek Acres, purchased via Shopify using a $5.99 credit. Despite their product page showing a sealed item, it arrived torn open.Attempts to contact them through Shopify were futile as their email on the platform is inactive. After significant effort, I found their current email online and used their contact form. The response from someone named ****** was dismissive and rude, ignoring the unsafe practice of shipping open food products, a violation of federal regulations.Multiple complaints on ************* and Shopify highlight a pattern of issues and ignored requests for refunds. I seek a $5.99 refund as a matter of principle and urge an investigation into Country Creek Acres unsafe practices.Thank you for your prompt attention.Sincerely,Sadeka

            I ordered ground marjoram seasoning that was clearly stated as being in a convenient clear spice bottle shaker through Amazon! When I received it, it came in a mylar bag, which is NOT a "convenient clear spice bottle shaker". Even the packing slip with it said "1 ounce Ground Marjoram Seasoning in a Convenient Clear Spice Bottle Shaker"! So I emailed them that the main reason I ordered it was that it would come in the clear spice bottle shaker. Their reply was they sell spices in both shaker bottles and mylar bags and when they are out of the shaker bottles, they send the spice in the mylar bag, so the customer doesn't have to wait for possible weeks for them to re-order the bottles. However I wasn't given an option of what I wanted to do. I think this is false advertising and want others to know about it! Very upsetting to know they are not concerned in the least about how I am going to "shake" the seasoning out of a mylar bag evenly over the food! Extremely disappointing!
