    I went to ****************** on 141 in ************.I ordered *********. I couldn't chew the meat and I could NOT cut it with a knife. The waiter said he'd make it right and offered other options. I chose the filet. By the time they brought it out we had to give up the table as the table was reserved for people who were coming in. I brought it home. When I got home I realized I was charged the higher price for the filet. I called and they put me on permanent hold I called back 3 times and the same thing happened.I went there and the manager ***, said you ate the steak and I said no because we had to give up the table for others with a reservation. He said well then you brought it home so you got the steak. I said if the meat was edible I would have eaten the kabob I ordered. No one said I'd have to pay more for the options they offered. *** told me to leave or they would call the police. I said call the police. When the police lady came I told that *** I'll go home and get the meal and then I want all my money back. He then cancelled the check. The officer looked and said it was cancelled. The police then asked what happened and I told her. She said I was right and that I should go home and file a complaint on Yelp and get ahold of the BBB. I am 79 years old. I've never had or heard of anyone having an experience like this. This is an up scale restaurant. Everything is ala carte.Anyone I tell this to say they will not go to this restaurant. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!Thank you,**********************************
