  A-1 Concrete Leveling, ********, did an exceptional job for us repairing, leveling and caulking our aggregate patio.The communication with the office was outstanding. They scheduled an estimate and the work in a timely manner. The actual job was completed in one day. **** and his team are the absolute best!Our patio looks better today than when originally put in and is now graded properly to drain rainfall away from our house. The cost was reasonable and well worth it.**** and his employees do everything right the first time. They cleaned up the work area before they left and encouraged us to call with any questions we might have in the future. We highly recommend A-1 Concrete Leveling, ********. They are a first rate organization!

  I have used A-1 twice. First to fill a void under my front porch concrete slab and today to fill in voids under my driveway. **** and his team are very professional and I could not be more satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.

  Didn't get back with quote in reasonable time frame Just texted saying they couldn't do job without explanation Have no idea if they couldn't do the job because wasn't cost effective fir them or me Job to hard for them Again delay in reply with no explanation Horrible customer service so that said they aren't a reliable copmpany

  Thanks for the response. We work hard to do the best we can with customer service and we are sorry you are not satisfied. This customer reached out inquiring about a bid, and withing 36 hours of his initial inquiry was told this was something that we couldn't fix for him with our process. We reviewed pictures that were sent in and this allowed us to determine that it was not something we felt confident we could accomplish. We were unable to offer an explanation and also were unable to let him know that we had reached out to a few other contractors that we felt were possibly able to offer a solution because the customer was already upset. We are an honest, reliable company and try our best to satisfy every call or request that we get.
