    It's a real shame! They have THE best massage therapists, but the front office staff have no idea what they are doing.
    My account has been messed up for months and no one, including the office manger, can explain why.
    I was told I had two massages in my account two different times only to go in, get the massage, and then be told I owed $x. Great way to ruin the relaxation! The first time the kid basically begged me to pay because he didn't know what to do. I walked in thinking I would only owe the tip and $139 later, I was able to leave.
    I asked him why he didn't at least give me the member price (since I was one) and he just got an "Oh ****!" look on his face.
    After a lengthy convo with *******, the office manager, we finally landed on the decision that I did indeed have two massages available.
    Went back in a couple weeks later only to walk out of my massage and being told I owed for a full massage.
    I tried to cancel my membership today, but...you have to physically GO INTO the facility (why? It's 2023 - you can't email that) and two you HAVE to pay another entire month! Absolute **!
    It's too bad. I seriously have had three of the best therapists I have ever had but the incompetency of the front office isn't worth it.
