    Purchased Rapsodo MLM Pro 2 and used approximately 10 times. Purchased $200.00 annual fee approximately 1 1/2 months ago. ******* to sell unit because of limited usage. Called Rapsodo 5 times and cannot get anyone to answer or return call. E-mailed help line and still no response. Wanted to know if I can get refund on unused 10 1/2 month fee. Cannot say a good thing about their customer service.

    This is a SCAM. We paid 30k for an order and they just got our money and didn`t ship the products or refund us. They just kept our money and haven`t responded to us for 3 months now. They blocked my email and they are not picking up the phone. Looking to file a lawsuit against this SCAM company!

    Bought the baseball 3.0 product. Took a couple months to get it setup while finishing construction on my batting cage. Went to set it up on a weekend and my subscription doesn't work and they don't have weekend support. It's extremely poor to provide weekday only support for a baseball product, especially given the amount of money spent. A company that doesn't care about customer service - just collecting $$$. In this case I have an expensive paperweight.
