5 starsThis being our first brand new home after living in the same house for 40 years, **** at the ************* made our visit a wonderful and fun experience. She was very helpful through the whole process and we would definitely recommend her to anyone who buys a McBride home. 5 starsThis was an overwhelming experience but **** helped me get through the process with amazing support and ideas. 1 starWorst builder I have ever dealt with. I have built many homes in my life and never have experienced such worthless craftsmanship or quality, and lets not mention the overall customer service or care about those they sold homes too. I could go on and on about how bad of an experience this has been but it doesnt do any good, because McBride doesnt care nor do they have pride in their work. Of If I knew then what I know now about McBride and their quality of home building I never would have purchased my house. If you are thinking of building a home DONT have McBride do it you will regret it.Review fromJared H

1 starMy wife and I recently signed a contract for a home with McBride. After picking the model we wanted, we asked if they would be willing to come down about 1.5% on the price, which they refused to do. We told them we would have to think about it to which they responded they were about to increase prices. My wife and I decided to sign. Less than two weeks after we sign and give them the down payment, McBride slashed the base price of the home almost 10%. They had mislead us about the price increase just to get us to ******* recommendation before you sign a contract with McBride; ask them to take another 6% to 9% off (after their adjustments). If they say no, walk away. A builder only cuts prices like that if they are hurting for sales. Please use our experience to your advantage when negotiating with them.Review fromSteve C

1 starWorst builder in ********. Please listen to people who have been their customers and decide to build with a more credible builder! We built with them and regret it with our entire lives savings. Not even a year into our home we want to move out of it. I can list line by line what's wrong; but I don't want to waste the time. Please, please, if you are considering a builder to build you a new home do not go with McBride. Worst decision we have ever made.Review fromJohn W

1 starMcbride is the worst; they have so many issues with their builds and brick walls to keep out your agent, so you can't be represented. Never call on a McdBride HOME; you MUST contact your agent first!!! They will need to babysit your build!! No pride, McBride just does not care about their clients. They will easily go on and manipulate their next unsuspecting homeowners. Horrible to work with, I had to leave a one star, or it would have been a negative #
