3 starsYour crew and the job they did were wonderful. The new look for an Innsbrook Chalet is outstanding. However, due to a delay in running out of product I continued to receive Invoice Notices, due, pending, past due. Never did I delay in sending payments when due, however I do not pay invoices for work not completed. Your "auto" notices need to be coordinated with the current status of a job. LIKE RIGHT NOW - I am PAID IN FULL, however have not received a paid in full invoice nor any lien waivers or warranties, yet you are asking me for ratings??????

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the automated invoice reminders during the product delay. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when your payments were timely and in good ******** we discussed over the phone, the lien waiver was unfortunately returned to us due to the absence of a mailbox at the property, but it was promptly re-mailed that same day. You should have everything now, and if not, were happy to resend or assist further.We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we've already taken steps to improve our internal processes based on your feedback. 5 starsLakeside R&D is an excellent company to work with. Two years ago, we had our front windows replaced by Lakeside. We were very impressed with Lakeside's work then, and we worked on the project with ***** ****** and *** *****. So it was a no-brainer to work with Lakeside again for the replacement of our rear windows. ***** ****** responded quickly to our requests for window replacement, and he worked with us to meet our desires. Once the windows were ordered, *** ***** (Project Manager) kept us informed of material acquisition and scheduling. A very wet spring delayed our project a bit, but we completely understood the delays. The install team led by **** was very good. **** is an exceptional team manager. 5 starsWe had our entire kitchen remodeled in the winter of 2023/2024. Lakeside was excellent in the entire process. From the beginning of the process, they were readily available to provide suggestions or answer questions. They communicated with us in detail throughout the project without our asking. When we did have a question, they answered immediately. The quality of the work done was exceptional. I felt like they treated our home like their own and did the best quality work available. I didn't have to worry about the work they were doing and second-guess anything like I have felt with other companies in the past. I would definitely use them again!
