I learned of National Vehicle Headquarters from AAA. I am pretty shocked that AAA has any association with this outfit. My online request for an extended warranty quote from AAA resulted in an almost immediate call from National Vehicle Headquarters. The deal sounded good and the rep pushed to close. I hesitated and told him to email it to me. He called 24 hours later to follow up, which was too soon as I had not completed my research yet. 1. His email bounces 2. The phone number provided is out of service And now I see not BBB accredited. Run away.

You have to threaten them or deal with a lot of nonsense to get them to honor your warranty and then they make up the stupidest excuses or necessary conditions for repairs to be made or honored.Like right now my rack and pinion is bad and they say it has to be leaking to the ground while it's already leaking and seals are busted so basically it has to totally fail which means possible serious accidents and death. Also my control arms and ball joints are bad which is cov r d yet have to be broken for them to honor repairs again another safety and life threatening hazard so I would give 0 stars and say run very far away not worth dealing with and the hassles to even get them to do repairs

I received a letter from my **** dealership about this company. I was very skeptical and very nervous about purchasing a 3rd party warranty through these guys. I am so grateful I did! The transmission on my F250 started to fail. I took it to the **** dealership and they informed me it needed an entirely new transmission at almost 8 thousand dollars. NVPS sent an inspector out that looked over the claim and checked the truck out. They approved it on the spot. What could've cost me almost 10 grand ended up being a mere $109.00 deductible. I see a lot of people complaining about this warranty company. I believe upkeep and maintenance is key. Change your oil. Flush your coolant. Do preventative maintenance. If you don't, they won't cover costs because of unnecessary wear and tear. This company is a great company and is definitely legit. I would highly recommend them.

I am caretaker for a cousin who has designated me with ***** of ********* A few years back these people called my cousin (elderly female ) and talked her into (threatened her car was not under warranty) a service contract for her 2009 vehicle. My cousin is essentially home bound and only uses her car when I ride with her to the drug store or medical appointments. So she does not drive even 500 miles per year! AND I also maintain her vehicle for all necessary oil changes & maintenance required. There is no need for this contract! National Vehicle Protection Services indicated that my cousin had signed up over three years ago & they called her to renew - and if I remember correctly - I had canceled a service contract years ago & said not to contract again - I found out that they did call her 2 months ago & my cousin said to renew without contacting me. The reason this is important is that my cousin has Alzheimer's Dementia and this company is taking advantage of my cousin (and most likely other elderly people), especially in this medical condition. I am going to proceed with request to return funds & to cease all communications with my cousin.

This company is a total rip off. Don't use them. We traded our vehicle ** and called them to tell them about it and to cancel our warranty as we no longer needed it. Both people I spoke to were arguing with me telling me I don't understand banking and they're entitled to keep my money. Mind you they took money out after we traded the vehicle and told them. We still have yet to see any money back from them. We traded our vehicle in March 1st and they were made aware within days. On match 7th they still took our payment. They tell me I'm due over 700 in refund but I won't see it on top of the 200 they took afterwards. This is a scam and now my family of 6 is out all that money. Truly ridiculous and ill be contacting my bank and small claims.

BEWARE! Offer came on ***** World stationary so I thought this was a ***** warranty. Was told coverage was 100% bumper to bumper as if new. Both are a lie. ***** World denies any affiliation with them. And they dont cover repairs that are needed due to wear. Denied payment for steering linkage repair due to a worn bolt. Dont cover diagnostics or full labor. Mandate after market replacement parts.

I initially had an issue with this company approving my claim to replace my broken tirods for my car. I ended up speaking with **** ******, who really went the extra mile with helping explain how my warranty works. He was also able to get the claim approved for my tirods after receiving the proper documentation needed from the repair shop. Not only did he call me with follow-ups, but he even allowed me to call and ask to speak to him directly, which doesn't happen often these days with customer service. He is a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. Thanks again ****!!

YES I BOUGHT A 5.3 GM They only keep your vehicle running. If it needs fixed do not let them have anything to do with it. It only gets fixed on their terms and doesnt care about your thoughts at all. I had a engine blow on my truck with only ****** miles. They replaced the engine but wouldnt say out of what or how many miles was on it. 4 months later the same thing. Different engine but no documentation on how many miles. They told me it doesnt matter just as long as its running. Now this 2nd motor is making lifter noise and my warranty is up. WTF so now i have a truck thats only got 60 thousand on it but could possibly have a motor with 260 thousand on it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

These people are not truthful. I have ********* as my car protection warranty plan. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you try to file a claim they deny it. I paid almost $9,000 for my policy and tried to file a claim only once for work that was clearly covered in the warranty but it was denied. They are very dishonest. Please beware the will always find an excuse NOT to fix your car. The TV commercials should be stopped immediately as well as other advertisement because they don't tell the truth.
