    Recently bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership in ********,** about a year ago. Had a recall come up couple months ago that only a Jeep dealership could fix. Made accommodations to have recall taken care of at *** butler Centralia Jeep. They were amazing at first got in & out quick & they were extremely friendly. Wanted a few things extra done to the jeep & got price quotes on. Goal was to start having all my service done at that location. One of the things I wanted was a remote start. Spoke to a ********** said it was unavailable at that ********* would either call me in a week or I could call back. Fast forward never heard from him. Called & spoke to a ******** couple times ( called 3 times in that week that is including on a Saturday & spoke to somebody different ) & left messages each time & even explained that I was not getting a returned call for any updated information for work I would like done. Needless to say Ive given up on hearing back from anybody or expecting to do service with the Centralia location. Im very disappointed in the customer service or lack of customer service. Think most people would agree hearing a part is not available still is better than not responding at all. Was NOT at all what I was expecting! I expected them to still be as good as they were when I first spoke to them when getting my recall taken care of.

    They diagnosed my car and said the part was going to be a year wait. I took my car and parked it there because they told me there would be no charge and I took it there in August or September of 2022. It's was a transmission problem that was still under warranty. They called me in May of 2023 and told me they were moving my car to ************************** because they didn't do work on Fords anymore and assured this would not disrupt anything. A week or so after *********************, on May 11th, I had gottten my car back fixed. I asked how so quick and i was told it was misdiagnosed. Now mind you Butler had it from lets say September (giving the benefit of the doubt). Go to start my car and my battery was no good. I was told because they hadn't been properly taking care of that part. I had to buy a brand new battery which was ****** I had called to talk to the service manager several times to talk about this issue because had they been doing things right, I wouldn't need a new battery. I have yet to hear from them about the battery, to say sorry we misdiagnosed it and you were without your car for 8 months. Each time my name was left with my phone number. People, take your car elsewhere if you can. I had been looking at a few new cars there but not anymore. I try to shop local when I can, but they way this was handled by completely ignoring I will shop elsewhere.
