            Quote on 4/12/21 from Charles Stege phone 636-212-2409 Email [email protected] Contract: grind out and replace failing mortar on the bricks next to front steps, remove spalded brick and replace with new bricks. Remove old metal railing and replace with new white deck railing into concrete porch. Initial work started on 4/13/21 and completed within a week. $1,750.00 is paid in full. Before he left, he was hoping that the new railing was going to be secure enough to hold and return next day to check on it. He would correct any issues or if the concrete cracked it would be fixed to our satisfaction. The next morning, the concrete had cracked, post was no longer secured into the concrete. He has not returned to fix. Over 20 phone calls placed and a few calls returned, countless texts with limited response, he has failed to show up to fix the problem. Now, he doesn't even respond to calls/texts even though he has been paid in full.
