    My son bought his frames somewhere else but went to her for a prescription. We were told it would cost $110.00. When I paid the bill for him it was $236.00 so that was over twice what they had quoted me. This was an extreme charge and I don&#**;t want it again. She did something to his eyes and I asked if there was a charge for that and she said no. She said she would contact us on April 9th and now it is April 11th and we haven&#**;t heard from her. I am getting the runaround and getting tired of it. I suspect she will keep the frames because my son bought his frames somewhere else. We were quoted a price and paid a price over what we were quoted. I would like his frames with the new prescription in them, a refund of what the price was told to us and contact by the business.

    *****, We are sorry for the confusion. It appears the price of $110.00 you were quoted was for your son's exam. The lens you purchased for him were a specialty material and were $140.00 and with the 10% discount you received brought his lens total down to $126.00. So the entire balance was $236.00. Again I apologize that was not explained better to you. Fortunately I do see you were notified on 04/10/24 of the arrival of the product and you were able to come in and pick them up today 04/15/24. I will apologize that it did take us a little long to receive them for you since our office was damaged with the tornado on 04/01/24 it did make some delays for us. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience that made for you.
