    I purchased a 40ft container and paid for it. On delivery day when I had not heard from them was told trailer broke, next day more excuses. I have them 2 more days and have them a deadline or I was reporting it and retracting my funds. They did not respond back to my txt. Turned it over to my credit card company as fraud.

    I paid for two 40' HC containers on March 25th, 2025. was told they would be delivered on or before the 7th of April, 2025. I did not receive them, I called and ask when they would be delivered, was told they would be delivered on April 11th, 2025. I was going out of state and would not be available, asked why they would not be delivered as promised, Mr. Langley said no one told him I need them before the 11th of April. I have a phone recording of him agreeing to have them delivered on or before the 7th of April. I asked for a refund, Mr. Langley said he would refund my money to my account. this has not happened. I called and texted Mr. Langley for the next six weeks asking for my funds to be returned. Mr. Langley kept promising the funds would be returned to my account or he would send me a check this has not happened. I returned home on the 26th of May 2025 texted him to deliver the containers or return my funds. My messages go unreturned both phone calls and text messages. I have filed an FTC report for Fraud on 30th of May, 2025.
    I would beware of doing business with Mr. James Langley and/or Container Soultions & Designs, LLC.
