**** *********, visited my business in Florida for me to purchase diesel fuel injector and oil pump cores. He was supposed to bring 200 pieces of C15 injectors, 12 or more CAT Oil Pumps and a dozen or more 3408 Injector cores. He also brought other injector and pump cores that I might purchase. Unfortunately he forgot to bring the vast majority of the C15 cores. He brought 14. He miss represented 5 C10/C12 Cores as C15 cores. He apologized for the shortage and promised to send the remaining C15 cores at his expense. I also purchased a few other injector cores at small quantiles. Unfortunately that day I was press for time. We seemed to have wasted too much time on the injectors he wanted to sell rather than the parts I needed. When it came time to pay, he rattled off the amounts of each position and the agreed price. I inputted these amounts into an Excel spreadsheet to confirm the math was correct. When I asked for the detailed invoice, Alan claims to have misplaced his worksheet he used to give me the totals. He agreed to send me a detailed invoice for the items purchased. Because I paid him in cash and check, I asked for a receipt. He provided a non-detailed invoice showing only the two payments methods, cash and check. The total paid was $13,180.00. Soon after he left I realized found several mistakes. 1. C10/C12 injectors do not equal C15 injectors creating an overpayment 2. A position of 8 items was actually 6 items - over payment 3. A position of 6 items was never purchased but paid for not received - over payment 4. An overcharge on the 3408 injectors had an prior agreed lower price - over payment When I brought this to his attention and sent pictures of the purchase he agreed that mistakes were made and I was overcharged by $1,555.00. He agree to have his accountant overnight check for this amount. More than a week has passed. Alan Beganovic is no longer accepting my calls or returning messages by text or email. I have not been reimbursed for the over payment.
