    BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!My belongings were stored with MyWay since 2010. Automatic monthly drafts were made to pay the storage fees. I never needed to access the storage unit until this year. When I requested weekend appointments to access the unit on 3 different occasions, I was given the run-around and my unit was never brought out of their warehouse. When I spoke to the warehouse manager I was told that my unit was likely lost when they relocated to a new warehouse. How do you use a huge storage pod?!?!? My thought is that it was probably broken into and my property was stolen because it has been so many years. I've paid approximately $10,000 in storage fees and had items worth thousands more in what I thought was a secured storage facility. I am now being given the run-around with their insurance company which is based in ****** and has an international phone number. I have not been offered a refund for the paid storage fees and I can't even get a call regarding my claim for my missing property, or the issue. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

    Use a different mobile storage company. One of the pods had a giant rip on the top. We didnt notice this until tons of rainwater leaked all over our stuff. **************** was very unresponsive and never called me back. In addition their truck was broken and the day we requested the pods moved to our new house. Took over a week for them to move them. Now the truck is broken again and they have been sitting in our driveway empty for over a week. They would not even put us on the schedule unless we made the last payment. They are not cheap to begin with. Awful.
