    On 3/13/2024 I booked Omni Banquet Center for an event to take place on 6/15/24. However, that event did not happen. Do to construction, which was promised by the manager to be completed by then, was not. After several conversations with the manager, ****** ****, of promises of a complete refund it wasn't until 6/21/24 that I received a partial payment of $1700.00 towards my refund. As of 6/21/24 I was promised another $1000.00 towards my refund, however that did not happen. The last communication with ****** was on 7/22/24, a phone call, in which he asked to make regular pymts. Since then there's been no communication nor have I received any payment. I would appreciate any help you can give me in getting this issue resolved

    I haven't spoken to the manager of Omni Banquet Center, however he did send $250.00 via Cash app today. No communication as to when another payment will be made towards the remaining balance. I will keep you posted if he reaches out.

    Good  morning, I am following up on the above complaint. Wondering if you received any response from Omni Banquet Center. I have not received any payment or any communication since September 9th. Please advise as to what other steps I need to take in getting this issue resolved. Thank you
