      Absolutely the WORST customer service.BUYER BEWARE, they state 2 day shipping (when in fact its 10 days stated by their customer service rep.) **** don't believe that they have 2 days listed on their website, but when you select shipping it says 2 DAYS ANNNND gives you a date. I have had to track down my orders and wait days on end to get items I need. **** have delayed my store opening for 2 weeks. I will gladly pay a little more for my items from ULINE, knowing they ALWAYS deliver on time and Almost always the very next day before 8am.Shame on this company for treating a customer this way after spending thousands of dollars with them, and HUNDREDS on shipping.

      I am very sorry that your order did not deliver to you in the time framed promised. We do try to ensure that all shipments reach our customers per the quoted time we provide you when the order is placed. I do show with your order placed on 2/2/24, we had to ship out of multiple warehouses due to stock which delayed part of your order and, I am very sorry if this was not brought to your attention prior to your order shipping. I also see that part of it was lost by the carrier, to which we issued a reshipment. Upon reviewing your order, I see that you emailed yesterday on 2/20/24 regarding how upset you were with this situation and that you were previously told we would not refund your freight cost. I assure that is not the case and I see our representative refunded your freight in full but was unable to reach you to discuss this further so that we may address the misinformation you received regarding the delivery times as well as the service issues with our representatives. We understand your frustration with the delays and cannot apologize enough. We do value your business and your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We would love the opportunity to make this right and encourage you to reach back out to us at your convenience so that we can discuss this in more detail and address any other concerns you may have.

      I ordered 3 display cases. They were prompt to give me an invoice and shipping info and tracking. But the trucking company they said was delivering changed and they never informed me. So I contact them to say the tracking number doesn't exist with this company and they know nothing. I get a response saying it's ***** and a new tracking number and she said it was out for delivery. I check with ***** and it shows still in transit to there facility. So the next day I check again first thing in the morning says still in transit. I get to work and it's there left in a parking space. I just got a bill from ***** for an additional $75 for redelivery fee. I already paid $312 for delivery. Supply Store said they dont cover redelivery fees. Even though they dropped the ball on giving me the info to track my order until a day after it was supposedly attempted to be delivered. I will NEVER buy from them again. Fortunately there was no damage to the units because they wouldn't have taken them back since they say check before the truck leaves. Not sure how they have been in business this long if this is what they consider good service.

      We are truly sorry for the issues that you had with your recent order with us and thank you for notifying us so we can work to resolve them. We have attempted to reach out to you and have been unsuccessful in those attempts. We have looked into the issues brought up from the communication to the redelivery fee and have requested for ***** to bill that charge to us and not to you (the customer). The communication has been addressed as well. Typically, when a freight line needs to attempt a redelivery, they will notify us to approve the charges, and this was not done this time and that is why you received a bill in the mail. You may disregard the bill. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at ************, management has been advised of the situation and are happy to speak with you and assist you in any way possible regarding this matter.
