      I recently called ******* Brothers because some burners on my countertop stove werent working. **** was fantastiche worked diligently to clean out the switches and got them working again. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get them to light. I really appreciated how he explained all my options, from repair to replacement, and was honest and clear in his communication throughout. Thank you, ****, for your excellent service and for being such a great representative of the company!

      ****** was very knowledgable. Did an excellent job of assessing all possible problems with our dishwasher. He explained very clearly the options of repair vs new purchase. He very kindly insisted on putting booties over his shoes. He was pleasant and engaging. We would give him an A++
