    Primrose ********* was hired to start doing bi-weekly mowing and a one-time weed trimming of the front and back of the house. Besides them coming any day/time including 8pm at night to mow the lawn, the owner also claims that I was quoted correctly for the weed trimming off some photos I sent to her; however in our communication I asked that when her employees came I would like to show all where needed to have weeds trimmed and pulled. The employees did not do such and only pulled what they thought needed pulling and now owner is requesting payment for an incomplete job. The employees also broke off a piece of siding from the house that was loose but not completely broken off and broke off the trellis around my air conditioner however owner will not take any responsibility for any of her employees actions and expects payment. I have paid for the two lawn care services but not the incomplete weeding service and should receive compensation for the damages her employees caused.

    We in fact were hired by *********************** for some lawncare service.  She reached out to us via text only.  There was never a call but the one time only when she called to complain about some damages (a week after we did the service).  She states above she wanted to meet up prior to doing the clean up, which in all the messages she never said that, she just asked us to take a look at the property about the time as she says.  I did let her know that the first time our guys were gonna be serving her property at the end of day, which they usually end at 7-7:30 pm, they in fact showed up at 7pm and were gone by 7:30 pm.

    Regarding the weeds:  We pulled out not only what we thought but we pulled out what she showed us in the pictures she sent by the price ($40) can't take someone to do a full clean up on the property.  We did remove a bunch of weeds plus we hauled them away.  Everything that was in the pictures.  

    For the piece of siding I have the pictures she sent me when requesting a quote (live picture- iPhone) where I can clearly see the piece of siding in the ground.  This picture was taken by her way before she sent us her address.  In the messages she first stated that "the siding was broke but not completely broke off the house, detached."  Then I resent her own picture showing her how we can see the piece is already broken and in the ground.  Then she started saying (via text) that that was the picture she sent me after it (?) broke it, but she never sent me any pictures.  All she did was to call and we met up the following day to go over that.
