In May 2025, BetterBusiness Bureau questioned Vacation Repair’s membership contract, which states:
"Guaranteed Lowest Price" and "200% Promise"
"Member dues will remain the same for the lifetime of my membership"
"Unlimited online Doctor visits... at $0 copay"
"Access to 100% of benefits"According tothe BBB Code of Advertising, "The primary responsibility for truthfuland non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisersshould be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers madebefore publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present suchsubstantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. Advertisementswhich are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falselydisparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not beused. An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication,although every sentence separately considered may be literally true.Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but byomitting or obscuring a material fact."
