    Sunday July 18, 2021 The Branson Club *** **** ** ******* ******** ** ***** Phone ###-###-#### Attention Customer service, The purpose of this letter is regarding the required cancellation of our timeshare contract. Our name is and we purchased a timeshare with The Branson Club on July 16, 2021. Per the contract regarding this timeshare, we are contacting you within the rescission period in order to cancel this timeshare contract. The Branson Club Contract July 16, 2021 We have made this decision to cancel our contract for the following reasons: 1. While there are many unique opportunities found with the timeshare, there are many other expenses associated with owning a timeshare that we did not account for until we had time to read more carefully and thoroughly the paper work. For example, we were told the maintenance fee would be $250 for year or 2 but in the contract it is higher according the number of rooms. 2. We were not told about any assessment fees that are also included in the contract. 3. We were told and is written on the VIP brown paper and by ***** **** that we had 2 weeks annually and on the contract it is 1 week biannually. To clarify, we need to cancel our timeshare contract immediately. Please provide us with a written response showing you have received this letter within the rescission period. Sincerely, We continue to get bills from **** **** and from the *** ***** at Branson We are working with a lawyer with this and have also contacted the Missouri Attorney General. ***** **** also goes by ***** **** ********* and possibly by another name and a lawyer from MO told our lawyer that he is crooked Thank you for your time

    They claimed a top rating from the BBB. High pressure sales. Got angry with " no". Did not want to give the gift they promised. Should not be in business.
