    THE asphalt company paved a portion of the driveway Oct 18, 2024. The contract was to clean, spray hot tar, spread chip rock, roll and compact the surface. I paid ******* dollars for the job when complete. The drive surface was very loose and peeling, so I called the number ************. The person that answered (Ollie Oaks) said that he would take care of it. I never heard from anyone and saw any work to correct the issue done. I called again 4/23/2025 and got a weird message on the phone that I did not understand. Several calls I got the same message. I then wrote a letter 6/16/2025 to him stating my complaint and it was returned as undeliverable on 7/2/2025. April this year we had heavy rains and the driveway surface that the contractor put on washed off 80% on the hill. Any heavy rain it continues to wash off down the drive and into the culvert. I would like a refund for the total amount or for the contractor to come back and properly seal the chip on the driveway so that it does not erode. The work done does not meet any paving standards of chip and seal coatings.
