On December 22, 2022, Missouri Attorney General, Eric Schmitt, filed a lawsuit against Gygr Gas. The lawsuit alleges Gygr Gas abruptly closed in late 2022 and failed to notify its customers it would stop making propane deliveries and failed to refund prepayments for propane gas.
The lawsuit seeks restitution for customers, injunctive relief and civil penalties.
