    Its a second time I was using this company and they dont solve my problem and after job is done and I paid them in full, next morning found out that I still have a same problem and called them back and they come over and always demanding more money by saying its more has to be done. I dont trust that company anymore and would definitely not recommend anyone to use them!!!

    I called the plumbing company because I had a leak in my toliet. I was charge $89.00. The technician came out and upcharge me for things that I didn&#**;t need like the water supply line, flood plug and flapper and replaced the handle. . I didn&#**;t agree with so many things that needed to be replaced. He charge me $119.00 for just the handle and after he was done it cost me $455.13. This work was performed on Aug 7, 2024. I was over charge by several hundred dollars.

    Plumber gave an estimate for repair of many plumbing problems. They attempted to repair a shower faucet and toliet in one of the bathrooms. They were unable to fix either of these, and then said that it would cost an additional $1000 to remedy. I ended up paying $379.61 for both of these "attempted" fixes and would like my money back for these two jobs since these jobs were not thouroughly evaluated prior to the estimate. I paid $1738.03 in total.
    I have since had this looked at and have received a much lower estimate and believe this was price gouging and intentional.

    We made recommendations to replace both the toilet and the tub spout.  We had no way of knowing that there were other issues going on behind the wall of the tub.  We did the work that the customer requested (repaired not replaced)  and we did additional work that we didn't charge him for.  We will not be refunding him any money.
