"My husband and i was looking for a 3br for our family of 5 july 1st 2024 , we came across this property that was a 3br for 1200 per month , we scheduled a viewing with the agent carol who was really nice , she showed us the home and we liked it and our kids loved it . we have been needing to move for a while now so we fill out an application paid about 100 dollars in app fee that we cant get back the question on the the application ask has anyone been convicted of any crime in the past 10 years we stated and that was true my husband was convicted and it was over 10 years ago in his early 20s were almost 40 years old and it was a mustimeter crime non violent they also ask have we had any evictions in the pass 7 and we said no because it is true we had one over ten years ago we submitted the application and show proof of income we have good credit good rental history for the pass 11 years we showed proof of everything including up loading our id we emailed wanita our proof and got denied ." ...
