This company was hired by *** ******** to do some electrical work and updates to the home I purchased. After the completion of my purchase, I began having some electrical problems. I’ve attempted to contact them and have never received a call back. I’ve called several times and the real estate agent *** ******** has called on my behalf. She spoke with them, they said they would call me, but they never have. Fifteen hundred dollars was paid to this company, and it needs to be fully and completely refunded to me. I’ve had two different electricians along with ****** out to my home to check the work and give me an estimate to repair the issue. Both electricians and ****** explained the the electrical work that was done by Absolute, was done incorrectly! I was given an estimate of Three thousand dollars to correct, what should have been done by Absolute. I would like to have Absolute pay for my repairs since they refused to return my calls or even speak to me about the work that they know was done incorrectly! The wrong size box was installed in my home. I was told that is unsafe for me to live there until it’s corrected! Please assist me with this matter Thank you
