3 starsI am glad I switched to Solar power. Although, I have a few concerns regarding That Solar Company. I was pressured to pay the company prior to the completion of the project. This resulted in my financing payments beginning prior to the project being finished. That Solar Company did pay the financing payments except for the last payment. It was a painful process with That Solar Company having difficulties in partnering with Oklahomas electric company to complete the install. My last concern regards my warranty for the product. I notified the company the monitoring system was not working correct. I was informed That Solar Company would correct the issue when they had someone in the area. The problem was identified in November and it now the end of March and the issue has yet to be addressed. Sincerely ***** A ********

We do understand how frustrating it can be to wait for service. Fortunately, the issue with monitoring doesn't affect the system production. We've been trying to reach you to confirm a service date, but you have not gotten back to us. If we don't hear from you soon, we will have to schedule someone else for that day.Review fromClarence R

1 starMultiple problems with this company They first told us we would get dollar for dollar and it sounded great. But in June one of their employees came out to speak to the power company and informed myself and the 2 gentlemen from my power company that we would only get .40 cents on the dollar I asked several questions and he told me thats why he comes out to make sure we understand that we will not get dollar for dollar. I told him then we did not want the system then. He claimed he would take care of everything. Then September came and I got a text saying they would be here to install and it would take 3 days total. I spoke with one of the owners he claimed they never send an employee out when the power company comes out. He said another company got ahold of our information and was trying to get us to back out on the system. But I described the man the vehicle and the owner said it was one of theirs but they fired him so he was just a disgruntled employee. Now today he was the licensed electrician that came out to fix the generator issues. So he wasnt fired he claims water damage is to blame even though the system is brand new and we have never had an issue with it. I asked why did the other employee get into our generators wiring he claimed even though hes not licensed it was ok for him to do so. I also received a text saying the rest of our panels will be installed next week but no one can tell me when the battery or the system will even be up and running. I now have to pay for what they broke so my generator can actually work. I knew they would blame someone else for there mistakes. The trench they dug is horrible as a disabled person who can not go fill it in they left it a huge mess and its not all filled back in. Here we thought we were doing the right thing by getting solar has been the biggest mistake weve ever made!! They lie and then blame others for their failuresReview fromJohn B

5 starsThe only problem I have had during the entire time I have had my panels, is my ageing electrical system. *****, who sold us the system, has been uber helpful. Because of the age of my electrical system, I am having to replace a lot of it, but when my power went out on the 4th of July, ***** took the time out of his night to help us figure out how to get our power back on. ********************* has been ever vigilant about the emails I send and replying to them with all due haste and honesty. Both ***** and ********************* have explained that they are a growing company and that they have had some issues with "growth pains." As a business owner myself, I understand what they mean, things can slip through the cracks by accident. All in all, I have had a great experience with this company. You can not expect everything to work out perfectly in this world, so I do not have unrealistic expectations when it comes to my solar system. Once I get my shop up and running, I will be calling them for another install, and I recommending them to all of my family. 1 starThatsolar company is one of the worst companies to ever use. ************* lied to us first. He stated we would be able to recieve about $19,000 dollar refund credit when we filled our taxes. We could use that either to pay down the solar panels which cost $64,000 over 25 years our payment would be $182.75 a month to keep it at that payment we could use the $19,000 and keep our payments at $182.75 our we could keep the tax money and remodel our home but if we used that money our payments would go up to $265.00 a month. When tax season came around we found out we were not eligible number one reason I am a disabled veteran on Social security disablity and #2 I don't make enough money to qualify. Well then it took them about 8 months for them to install and get the system working. But my ******************* stayed the same so now I pay $300-500 a month for electricity and a $182.75 solar payment. I made numerous attempts to call thatsolar all they told me is they would look into but never have. I also emailed thatsolar company numerous times but never got anything fixed by them. I fought with them for two years. I made calls to the electric company but was told the solar company had to look into it. So it's been a seesaw battle with both Liberty Electric and ThatsSolar company of ********. I continue to pay high Electric bills and now high solar payments. I would love for them to come out tear this worthless c*** off my roof and I will default on my loan but the problem is I don't want to ruin my credit because of lies and deception. We called layers but ***** is willing to pick up this case. To top it off my son next door got solar panels from thatsolar and is having the same exact problems we have been having. Not sure what to do but never I mean never use Thatsolar company from ******** I mean never use Thatsolar company.That Solar Company LLC

We are sorry that you've not had a great experience, but we can't speak on what the salesperson with a 3rd party company told you because we were not a part of that conversation. The tax credit is based on the home-owner's tax liability. That is why we advise that people speak with their tax preparer beforehand to find out what they can expect. We have been out to look at your system. What we found was the system is functioning as it should, but sunlight is being blocked by the trees shading your panels. Per the contract, trimming trees that block the array is the responsibility of the home-owner. Once you trim back the trees, you will see your production increase and have no issue.Review fromSteven W
