    I began working with this company on September 3. Unfortunately, during my time here, I have experienced numerous issues that raise serious concerns about the companys professionalism, compliance, and overall work ************** begin, the company does not compensate employees correctly for overtime hours. Instead of paying the legally required overtime rate, they classify it as comp time, which is not compliant with labor regulations and results in employees not being properly paid for their time.Payroll practices are also unprofessional. Paychecks are handwritten duplicates ordered through a third-party service, often leading to unnecessary delays in receiving payment. Additionally, the company operates out of a residential basement, which raises questions about workplace standards and legitimacy.The work environment itself is extremely toxic. There is a pattern of overloading employees with excessive workloads while simultaneously shouting orderseven during interactions with existing clientsin what appears to be an intentional effort to push employees out. Communication is poor, respect is lacking, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority.Basic workplace etiquette and sanitation are also ignored. For example, concerns about cleanliness and odor control in shared spaces, such as the restroom located directly beside the workspace, have been raised multiple times and continuously disregarded.From my personal experience, this is not a healthy or sustainable work environment. I strongly recommend that anyone considering employment or business with this company conduct a thorough background check beforehand. Based on my experience, I cannot in good faith recommend working for or partnering with this organization.
